Mindfulness is the practice of being present and fully engaged in the moment. Through mindfulness meditation, we can learn to cultivate greater awareness, compassion, and acceptance in our daily lives.
In my classes, we’ll explore a variety of mindfulness practices, including seated meditation, walking meditation, body scans, and loving-kindness meditation. You’ll learn how to focus your attention, regulate your emotions, and develop greater resilience in the face of stress and adversity.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or an experienced practitioner, my classes offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your practice and connect with others who share your journey. You’ll learn tools and techniques to help you to cultivate greater joy and fulfilment in your life.
