Pilates

In my classes, we’ll explore the principles of Pilates, including concentration, control, centring, precision, breath, and flow. You’ll learn how to move your body with ease and grace, and how to cultivate a deeper connection between your mind and body.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my Pilates classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your fitness goals. You’ll learn a variety of exercises and modifications to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve your overall physical and mental well-being.
