Meet Robin
Certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist
I’m Robin Kari, a passionate and dedicated certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Event Massage, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Mindfulness Teacher.
Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the age of seven, sport became my language — a way of understanding discipline, connection, and what it means to work with others toward a shared goal. Basketball, in particular, shaped me profoundly. Competing at a national level for over ten years taught me commitment, resilience, and how powerful consistent, intelligent training can be — lessons that continue to inform how I work with clients today.
Alongside basketball, I explored other disciplines including tennis and calisthenics. These experiences gave me a broad perspective on movement and performance, and helped me see that there is no single “right” way to move — only what is right for this body, at this time.
That curiosity led me to train as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor at UCD, where I began supporting others in building strength, balance, and confidence in their own bodies. Wanting to understand not just how the body moves, but how it recovers and adapts, I later trained as a Massage Therapist and Event Massage Therapist at the National Training Centre. I am currently completing further qualifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, continuing to deepen my hands-on, therapeutic approach.
My work is also informed by yoga and mindfulness, which allow me to support nervous-system regulation, recovery, and a more sustainable relationship with movement.
To further expand my holistic approach, I have recently begun training as a Nutrition Coach, exploring how nourishment, energy and lifestyle choices support long-term wellbeing alongside movement and bodywork.
In 2025, I had the opportunity to work as a Wellbeing Coach at the EVDI event in Barcelona, supporting participants through movement, recovery and mindful practices in a dynamic, international environment. Experiences like this continue to shape how I adapt my work to different bodies, contexts and needs.
Together, movement, bodywork and awareness allow me to support not just physical strength, but nervous-system regulation, recovery, and a more sustainable relationship with the body.
I work in a client-centred, attentive way, taking time to understand your goals, challenges and lived experience. Whether you’re seeking pain relief, improved mobility, strength, or simply a calmer, more connected way of moving, sessions are always personalised — responsive to where you are, not where you think you “should” be.
My intention is not only to help you feel better in the moment, but to empower you with tools, awareness and confidence you can carry into everyday life. I believe wellbeing isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about listening more closely.
I’d be honoured to support you on your journey toward greater balance, strength and ease in your body.
