Meet Robin
Certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist
I’m Robin Kari, a passionate and dedicated certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Event Massage, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor, and Mindfulness Teacher.
With a lifelong involvement in sports, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of movement, recovery, and mindful practice. Since the age of seven, I’ve been actively engaged in various sports — with basketball becoming my true passion. Playing at a national level for over ten years taught me discipline, teamwork, and commitment, values that continue to shape how I work with my clients today.
Expanding my athletic journey, I also explored tennis and calisthenics, experiences that gave me a broad understanding of different training methods and how they influence the body and mind. Inspired by this diversity, I became a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor at UCD to share my knowledge and guide others toward their own sense of balance and strength.
To deepen my understanding of the body, I trained as a Massage Therapist and Event Massage at the National Training Centre, allowing me to address muscular tension, movement limitations, and recovery with a hands-on, therapeutic approach. I'm also completing a Neuromuscular Course and a Sports Massage Course, always at the National Training Centre. This knowledge, combined with my background in Yoga and Mindfulness, gives me a truly holistic perspective — integrating bodywork, movement, and mental wellbeing into every session.
With a client-centred approach, I take the time to understand your goals, challenges, and aspirations. Whether we focus on pain relief, strength building, flexibility, or mindfulness, I create personalised programs that support your needs — helping you move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease.
My mission is not only to help you relieve your pain and achieve your fitness and wellbeing goals, but also to empower you with the tools, awareness, and confidence to maintain them.
