Meet Robin
Certified Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist

I’m Robin Kari — a personal trainer, massage therapist and movement teacher with a holistic approach to wellbeing.
With a background in national-level basketball and lifelong involvement in sport, I’ve seen first-hand how movement, recovery and mindful practice shape both body and mind.
My work blends hands-on therapy, functional movement, yoga, Pilates and mindfulness to support strength, mobility and nervous-system balance.
I work in a calm, client-centred way, creating personalised sessions that meet you where you are — whether you’re seeking pain relief, improved movement, or a more sustainable relationship with your body.
My aim is simple: to help you move with more ease, feel stronger, and feel at home in your body.
